For those icons currently no such built in option available but you can do that quickly with the following code:

jQuery(document).ready(function(){
    jQuery('.footer_social_icons a').on('click', function(e){
    e.preventDefault();
    var href = jQuery(this).attr('href');
    window.open(href, '_blank');
 });

You can use this jQuery code and it will work fine for you. If you still have any issue or don’t know where to paste this code provide me your admin logins and I will do that for you as well.

Kindly have a check now by hard reloading your website its working just fine. After a lot of search as our code was just fine we find the issue in your wp-rocket named plugin. Just deactivated that and your menu is working fine.

Kindly note, by now wp-rocket plugin is deactivated so you can play with it as per your own needs but current culprit found to be wp-rocket plugin.

My friend may be your host providing stoppage to us or directly changing logins which makes us unable to login to your website to keep things rolling. Also your theme version is 2.2 which is way lower than current stable release 3.4.1 so keeping your website to version 2.2 is really a threat in itself as it can stop any time like its there.

Also, its big security threat due to old version as hackers can easily get in. So, provide us your working cPanel logins so we can make all to normal and secure version. Otherwise its up to you what you want ?

Time wise, my friend shifting from 2.2 to 3.4.1 is not that straight we have to setup things on local server first to keep all in check and once all is there only then we move further.

A lot has changed in WordPress coding standards as well as in our theme so its tricky thing but putting time now will save you guys now as well as in future.
