Syndicate291 your scenario and his are different you are not providing even the required access which makes us unable to make any changes.
In your case we can’t even access home directory for which I have asked you to give permission but as you have said you already given so as a wild card I have asked you to change permission to 777 for a little period in order to make changes.
I apologize for any misunderstanding but as a fellow developer you can understand how much necessary is file permission to make any changes.

Again Your provided FTP login info is not working, can you please provide us Correct and working FTP login Credentials.
FTP Server / host Name or IP
FTP username
FTP Passwor
FTP Protocol along with Port number.
