I am sorry for this – Its just hitting blindly some where.
Lets give a try, we always try to resolve the issue but you can share with me recorded screen and plug-in page screen shot – Server configuration details might helpful.
There is a multiple possibilities – it could be server problem or installation issue or might be plug-in conflict with some pre-loaded plug-ins.

Please read forum and other threads people are happy with our support.
