Please try to Deactivate all the plug-in one by one and test it.
e.g. decativate abc plug-in and check navigation,
again come to plug-in page and deactivate another plug-in and test it.
Try this method and let me know.
Just in-case it may have any conflict between plug-ins.

Please provide me access to ftp or allow me to edit the theme file, I need tuneup the code bit more to make this work – once i am finish you can turn Off again.
