Right now Default Order is set Date wise.
If you want to have custom order then there is 2 ways:
– Modify Date of each entry
– with some custom plug-ins

Organically, there is no function available for sorting in WordPress Core Function or in our Theme.

The Preloader effect option is the same option of page transition.

Try to disabled the page transition effect.
