First of all – I dont what area or part of theme you got customization.
If you can give me details of customization – May be I can see and advise.
(Definitely, That’s not part of Support which we provide under Themeforest License.)
And there is no automated method available to check and Delete a part of theme without break.
Perhaps, if you had done customization from us – then may be we can offer something like that.
Just in case if you haven’t made any big changes then Check the followings:
1. If you have installed cache plug-in, try to remove or flush the cache.
2. Try to open the website (wp-admin) in another PC.
3. For testing purpose one can disable preloader effect.
Please check the followings:
1. If you have cache plug-in – Flush or remove the cache then try it or same just in case you setup cdn or cloudflare.
2. Try to add code in Child theme.
3. if any thing doesnt work then use inline css
