I have gone thru the whole procedure and I saw your demo is being imported perfectly – Just on last you are getting 500 error, We haven’t seen /faced this error on our server and same i have tested on another Server.
This Error particularly coming to Only on your server, It may be due to different configuration of web server. I need Admin (cpanel full access) in order to investigate the issue.
I also noticed your demo site is installed and there is no issue.
You can read forums other user views, This is not a common problem, no one faced this type problem ever before – not After you (your purchase) as well.

The Codeless Livecast theme comes with built-in demo pages. You can import the demo through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > One Click Import > Click Import Demo > Done.
The default demo contains all the pages and elements which are used and are displayed on the demos.
