Hi,
Importing Demo data is simple. In order to import demo data, you’ve to follow these(below) steps:
1- Make sure Codeless Livecast theme is installed and active
2- Make sure all theme required plugins are installed and active
3- Deactivate all the unnecessary or third-party plugins(activate them after dummy data import).
4- Navigate to WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > One-Click Import > Hover over the default demo > Click on the “Import Demo” button
5- Done.

Hi,
It’s because the image isn’t added as a single image widget as others but as a background image of the column. That’s why it’s causing the issue. Add the image using the “Single Image” widget as other images will help. I hope, it’ll work.

No, you don’t need to purchase the theme again. You can use it on your other site as well.

– Sticky Header
The option to make your site Header sticky on desktop, mobile, or both are available inside
WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > Header > Sticky

– Header
Currently, your site has a transparent header(not sticky) on the desktop while on the mobile devices, the header is black and sticky. Isn’t the thing you want?

The codeless Folie theme doesn’t require any activation of the theme and plugin. The plugins i.e. Codeless Page Builder, WP-Bakery, etc. are pre-packaged with the theme.

Things you need to do after purchasing Folie theme:
1- Install and activate the Codeless Folie theme
2- Navigate to WP-Admin Dashboard > Codeless Panel(left sidebar) > Click on the “Import Demo” button
3- Select demo(you wanna import) > Click OK > Done.

Go to https://support.codeless.co/?post_type=forum –> login with your account –> choose a theme on the left hand –> go down –> fill in the form “Create New Topic”

Hi,
1- Unable to edit settings for row
I’ve added different content specifically portfolio and clients inside the row on different changes but, unable to find any disruption/issue while editing the row settings. If it’s still occurring on your end, share a video.

2- Customizer
Add the previously mentioned code in
WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > General options > Custom Codes > Custom CSS

3- Content crashes from time to time
can you explain it more explicitly? Sharing a screenshot or a video will help a lot.
