3- Add the below code in the customizer

Please login to your site, and downgrade the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin from 4.0.x to 3.9.1. Here’s the link to the Kirki 3.9.1

If you’re unable to login to your site then, try to rename the “plugins” folder i.e. “plugins-old” inside the wp-content directory through FTP/Cpanel. Once you’re able to login to your site revert the “plugins-old” name to “plugins”. Then delete the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin and install it manually through the above-mentioned link.

It seems that you’ve not imported demo data. You can import demo data from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Themes > Import demo data > Click on the Import demo data button > Done.
