Thanks for sharing the information. I’d taken an overview of your site and the Captivate Sync™ plugin and came to the conclusion that currently there’s no option to integrate the Codeless Livecast theme with Captivate. At this time, any advancement on this will come under customization.

However, you can share this feature in our “Suggest us Feature” forum. So, our developer team will look at this feature and perform further processes.

Make sure the credentials you’ve shared are the correct ones?

However, you can also add the following code in the customizer > Custom CSS. It’ll do the trick

@media (max-width: 991px) and (min-width: 576px){
    main#main{
        padding-top: 75px;
    }
}

@media (max-width: 575px){
    main#main{
        padding-top: 100px;
    }
}

It was the Specular WPBakery Addons and Redux Framework plugins that were deactivated. I’ve just activated the plugins and it did the trick.

I’ve made the Header the same as in the Home page image you’ve mentioned before.
