The Codeless Livecast theme comes with the free version of Metabox which doesn’t require any license key. To get the license key you’ve to buy the Metabox premium version from their site, then they’ll send you the license key to your email that you can further use on your site.
The premium version of Metabox has nothing to do with the proper implementation of the Livecast theme.
1- To prevent the same situation, keep the theme/theme required plugins up-to-date and also prevent yourself from too-much third-party plugins because it may lead your site to an anonymous situation.
P.S: Always keep a backup of your site first before updating theme/theme required plugins.
2- Page loading speed pretty much depends on the server and content you’re displaying on your site. Too heavy content i.e. images, videos, etc. slow down the site. Things you can do are extend(maximize) your web service hosting plan OR compress your images and videos before uploading it and install a cache plugin i.e. WP-Rocket etc.
It also depends on the content you’re not hosting but displaying it from third-party sites i.e. Youtube, Vimeo, etc.

There’s an option available in the Codeless Builder for ordering the portfolio items. You just’ve to edit the portfolio block with the Codeless builder, on the left sidebar(white background) navigate to the “Order By/Order” under the “Query” section, select the order in which you wanna show items, click on the “Publish” button and done.

The plugin causing the issues was the Kirki Customizer Framework. No I’ve installed the latest and correct version of the plugin and everything seems to work fine.

8- WPBakery Visual Composer
9- MailChimp for WordPress
After checking the plugins then update the Tower theme and let me know.
