It may be due to browser conflict with preloader animation, try to disable it. You can do it through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > General > Site options > Preloader Effect > Off > Publish > Done.

Moreover, the password you’ve sent isn’t correct please share the right info, if the issue doesn’t fix.

If you’re getting this issue on the specific pages then the problem is due to the slider on that page. You can solve this through

Codeless slider > Edit slide (displaying on that page) > Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color > Select Dark Logo, menu, slider navigation > Save > Done.
