For changing the order of the Restaurant Menu items you can use third-party plugins like “Simple Custom Post Order”, etc. Please use third-party plugins at your own risk.

While for duplicating the Restaurant menu items you can use “Yoast Duplicate Post”, etc

You can hide the mobile menu icon from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Options > Header Options > Show Responsive Menu Dropdown > Off > Publish > Done.

If you wanna a specific Header/Footer to display on specific pages, you can do it through:

WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Edit/Create the Header/Footer (you wanna display) > Navigate to Cowidgets option > Display option > Select pages(on which you wanna display that specific Header/Footer) > Update > Done.
