It seems that something has gone wrong with your site. Please share the changes you’ve made recently on your site i.e. edited code, added a new plugin, etc.
we even tried to do a fresh install of the latest theme but its barley working. but the main theme files broke before a while back. its been mess. customer is unhappy now due to it breaking and wants it back the way it was.
any way to fix this by giving you the login. We sent it to someone at codeless. we would really like to have it fixed.
im just asking you to import the demo. dont over write all pages. Just import the demo. The codes missing from pages. you should know that. The header and the footer looks diffirent.
none of these pages look like the theme import.

I wanted to just change the pictures, and information via the editor. But now its looks so messy. If this is how you leave your customers. For just a simple professional import by the people who make the theme. ITs SO SAD
the treatment is just the same as the people on fiver. just pushing us off and not leaving us in good hands. Why WHY. its not fair.
I am having issues. The header. Is white on some and black on some pages. The codeless thing isnt working. Its always been an issue. PLease make this all work so we can actually use the theme files normally.. Its still really messy. BUT we are GETTING CLOSE

I am really sorry that you are facing some troubles while updating theme – Using Un-safe Mode.

Opt 1: As I Suggested to you first get Old Backup from your Web Hosting Services Provider Company, Normally They have. Simply Request them and they will restore it for you.
Opt 2: We are here and we can fix the stuff one by one as per your instructions. we really dont know what and how you made changes / customization. Normally, It doesnt comes under normal support – I am Just breaking my limits to enterain your requests.
In my eye better to go for Opt 1 – Just Speak and let me know what they said to you.
we dont want you to customize it. WE just want the theme to look like the theme..
so we can fill in the blannks. We want the backend of the codeless editor to work
there are many issues in it. We cant go back we can update settings with that weird thing in the way of the update settings on customize.
Maybe install the website for us braand nnew. create a new database on a new file so you dont over write the live site.
so in example; public html/INSTALLHERE
Creat BRAND NEW INSTALL ON THIS FOLDER> create a new database. Set up your theme so its perfect! then i can make changes on that layout and then move it over and import ecommecerce. OK?
that should be easier so none of my plugins are in the way.
