For changing the color of the visited or active menu item you need to change the primary color from:
wp-admin > Tower > Styling Options > Primary Color > (Select the color for the active/visited menu item.)

If you’re using not using a light header style then you can change the color and typography of menu items from Tower Options:
wp-admin > Tower > Header Options > Menu Option > (Change styling for the menu items)
If you’re using a dark header then the color of the menu items can only be changed by custom CSS with the important tag.

You’re doing a mistake that you’re creating the page with a sidebar layout, but the layout for the homepage is fullwidth and the side menu is placed as a part of the homepage content. You can check the placement of the side menu by editing the home page with the codeless page buider.

At first, I was also facing the same issue but after some time I just try deactivating and then again activating the Wp Bakery Plugin, and the problem was solved. It might be due to some kind of cache. You can also try this on the production site.

1- The main causing issue for the disturbance in the layout of the Hudson menu is the revslider plugin. When you deactivate the plugin all things are okay. The other solution is to try using Flyout Inner Style as simple for Default by editing Hudson Header with elementor.
2- For editing or customizing the Kiri page please first disable the preloader effect and then try to edit the page.
You can disable preloader effect from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options > Preloader effect > On / Off
