I again tested on your site and the same thing is happening with me too.
I tested folie theme on my server and it’s working fine.
Do you have any other server/web hosting so we can check this issue on that server.

It is not a marketing at all, it is really worth $39, we have purchased EXTENDED Licesence and we are allow to give the same version to our clients (in fact packed with our theme / product).

Generally, everyone just provides a premium plugin with their theme for free but to activate its premium features you need to purchase a premium license of the plugin on your own.

The Visual Composer is that comes with the Folie theme is already a premium plugin. Including this, we have two more premium plugins i.e Slider Revolution and Layer Slider.
Totally three premium plugins.
