Hi,
Please follow these steps:
1- Edit Page that has a slider.
2- Scroll down until you find Sliders Options
3- Open Sliders Options tab.
4- Check for option Slider height and add value for height without using unit.
5- Also disable Parallax from the same tab.

This is a very strange issue occurring on your site, but you can overcome it by editing the page using WP Bakery, and there you can remove the text field with text 3730.
