The position of the google map can’t be changed because it works with the footer only however you can disable this map from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Footer > General > Show Google Map
and use the google map widget and place the widget where you want to pace it.

The Erzen template is an advanced template on which all the sections styling implement on run-time. It means if you’ve changed the browser width and the sections got messed then all you need to do is refresh your browser once and your layout problem will be solve.

1- The page edit options have the highest priority so they just can be overwritten by custom CSS or script. For now, I’ve removed the “You are Here” text by custom CSS.
2- That space is coming from the default value for margin-bottom for the section.
