Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience,
For now, you can use a child theme to add your custom js code. I have created a directory file of JS in the child theme on your site. You can add your custom code there.
wp-admin > Appearance > Theme Editor > Tower Child > custom_script.js > Add your code and save.

I hope we’ll fix this bug in our upcoming theme updates.
