No, you don’t need to change every post individually. It is just fine the way it is now.
2- Could you make some changes to “My account”?

Could it be the search icon only and expend the typing space when you click it?
It’s possible but it won’t work as you want it to. You can add a search field with a search icon next to the cart icon but the search field will be visible all the time.

This is not a big deal it occurs because of the response time of browser to the server. The response time of Firefox is slower than Chrome or Edge. To overcome this you can use a cache plugin like WP Rocket, etc.

I’ve brought the social icons footer back to your site home page. Please check and let me know. If you wanna add the social icons footer on your entire website or specific pages then you can do this by changing the display rule of the footer(in your case Alison Footer) in:
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Edit Footer > Navigate to Codeless options > Display on > Save Changes > Done.
