How to change preloader animation

  Where can I change the preloader animation of the web? or even deactivate it…

  Hi,
  1- There are two predefined styles of preloader effect. You can change them from:
  wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Option > Preloader Effect Style
  
  2- You can deactivate preloader from:
  wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Option > Preloader Effect
  
  Please check and advise.
