Sorry for the inconvenience, but on the mobile screen, the portfolio links don’t work like on the desktop screen. On mobile screen they act like a button and you need to tap on the specific item to play the video attached to it.

You can know which header working on your home page from :
Log in to your site > Navigate to home-page > There will be a black topbar at top of the page where it’ll show the option Edit with elementor > Hover on it > It’ll show the header name i.e Default Header in dropdown > Edit it with Elementor > It’ll navigate you to Edit page > There you can see logo > Click on it and change the logo.
You can also figure it the header being used on the home-page through
WP-admin > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Find the header with Display Rule Front Page/ Entire Website > Edit it with Elementor > Follow the above mentioned methods.
If you still can’t find the solution to your problem then, please share wp-admin info and elaborate on your issue more.

It’s not about the theme it’s about server execution speed. As you’ve added heavy data on your site thus your server needs more time to load all this data that results in slow loading of the site. Follow the steps to overcome this problem
1) Use lighter content i.e optimized images, videos, etc.
2) Use a server with high execution speed.
3) Use a cache plugin i.e Wp-Rocket etc.

– Horizontal scroll
I’ve noticed that your elementor version is not downgraded as well you’ve not selected horizontal effect in page settings. I’ve made these changes and the horizontal effect is working on your site. Moreover, It looks that you’ve added all posts in a single section. In horizontal effect, if you want to keep all posts then you’ve to put them in different sections to make all of them visible.
P.S: Want to keep horizontal scroll effect don’t upgrade elementor plugin.
– Zoom Effect
There’s no option in the theme to just remove the zoom effect but with custom CSS. I’ve done it custom CSS section. You can view it in Appearance > Customize > General > Custom Codes.

You can change the header logo from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Select Your header and edit with Elementor > There you can change the logo.
P.S If you want me to change the logo then please share the wp-admin info and logo image that you want to use as your logo and snd me using private reply.
