I purchased a 6 month support licence from ThemeForest today but it’s not showing on my support profile.

How long does a reply generally take, especially considering I purchased support?

Before we update the theme (the site is a live client site) can we please figure out why the slider video background in not working on Chrome, Firefox and IE? Do you need logins for this too, or are you able to resolve without?

Hey what’s happening here. I paid for support and three days after my last message there’s nothing?? This is urgent. What is the point of paying for support if none is forthcoming? Please contact me.

You deactivated virtually all the plugins? These are needed for the site to function as it was designed to (and has been for the past 3 years).

And to top it all the video slider still doesn’t work on Mac Firefox and Chrome. It works on Mac Safari:

I first contacted you 8 days ago about the slider not showing on firefox, ie or chrome. Still no resolution at all and it days between comms. Come on mate sort it out, this has gone on long enough.

Hi Azam. No changes this end. What are you seeing has been updated? When you last asked me to check it, the slider video background still didn’t work on IE, Firefox and Chrome. The only thing I have done is reformat widgets (which had disappeared on job pages and post) and activated and updated all plugins that we require for the site’s functionality… the features are all working as they should now. Nothing on the page you mentioned specifically though. Please advise.

I use Tower on at least 5 other client sites and they all need updating to the latest theme and wp install. Is there a simply way to update, I’ve tried everything and it always end in a fatal crash. Will it need Codeless Support help updating those too?

Are you confusing the home page with this page? There is absolutely no difference in layout from when I created those pages and now. I need the sliders in this page working across all browsers. It’s about the video background. The slider on the home page is different to this page in that they are just images. Please see the links at the very start of this thread and screen shots.
