1- To edit the text and background colors:
wp-admin > customize > colors > header colors > change color for the items as you
want to change in header except for menu icon.

2- to edit the color of the hamburger menu on light
You can’t change color of icon on light because it is hard-coded in css.
to edit the color of the hamburger menu on dark
wp-admin > customize > colors > content colors > Primary color > change color of
icon as you want

1-There is no such option to change background color of testimonial item, however it can be done using custom css code.

2-While in case of portfolio/page you can change background color:
Edit portfolio/page using wordpress editor > scroll down > look for “Page Content BG Color” > Select color of your choice.
