There is no issue with Codeless frame and cowidget, Basically codwidget and Elementor HQ both are using same class, I need to check with Dev. Team, does is not sharing same libarary, i will back to you on it.

Latest theme is comptible with latest wp.
You can remove the jQuery Mirgrate helper.
What is latest tower version you are using?

Yes, Menu can be edit thru appearance.
Kiri Header style is being used for navigation.
