Oh my Friend you are creating mess up, when you are mega menu and you have setting for Rows and now asking us to making menu vertical.

2nd thing if you add link then link will work. You havent added link to drop down menu. You are just added the title (column).

I will request you to please use Youtube or Online tutorial for better usage.

Please note you are adding Custom CSS, which you have set display none and it wont work this way.

You can change font size and family from theme option panel > Blog Style and Default page header
and see documentation.

I have checked you are testing on tablet and you havent set the option for tabs.
It is working fine with me.

About this problem: Send me this screen shot:
+ on mobile, subcategory in navigation doesnt work properly. You must click to main category too show other subcategories, but after clicking it also open website, so, you cant choose a subcategory to be opened.
