  Hi, you should change the server configuration to fix this PHP issue.
  
  If you give us a CPANEL we can fix that.
  
  This code should be added to your PHP.ini file:
  
  allow_url_fopen = 1 //0 for Off and 1 for On Flag allow_url_include = 1 //0 for Off and 1 for On Flag
