If you have installed the Cache Plug-in then may be visible after deleting cache.
Just in case it doesnt work then share website url, wp-admin and ftp info (login/ passwords) and send using “private reply”.

I have worked on it and find few issues:
– Your Server Seems working Slow
– Image still needs optimization
– After That Use some Paid Plug-in for Cache
Hope your problem is solved.
