I set currency SGD, added the product to cart and went for checkout with paypal.

I think this couldn’t be handled because PayPal doesn’t support the Yuan currency, here you can find the supported currencies by PayPal: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/reference/currency-codes/
And I Suspect for KPW As well (korean won).
Please first check with PayPal Support.
