We’re getting somewhere with this but now you’re unable to open the drop down menu – can it be changed so it’s one tap to open and then another tap to go to the page or you have to tap on the arrow icon to open the sub menu and tapping on Kitchen or Whole House it takes you to those pages?
I understand that you’re saying it will be a bad user experience but with the way you have developed the theme I am unable to click through to the Kitchens and Whole House pages, these both have content on, I need my clients customers to be able to click on these so they can read the content on it. The way the menu currently works it doesn’t allow people to click on these pages to read the content, they can only click on the names and open the sub menu.
Having the sub-menu open wouldn’t help as I still need to be able to click on Kitchens or Whole House and be taken to those pages?
Thanks, I have used this image gallery many times and never had to reduce the image size as I need it to pop-up larger so customers are able to see the image in more detail. Also it usually crops the images to square whereas this one isn’t.
Also, it’s only partly resolved it for one portfolio item.
Has the dev team been able to add the link to the phone number and email address again? Would they be able to add it in the child theme so it doesn’t get overwritten by future theme updates.
How the menu has been setup currently means users are unable to click onto the parent pages, only the sub pages. It really does need to work the way I mentioned as that gives the better user experience as people are then able to click onto the pages.
