I am unable to get to your “Setup Now” page, where according to the details I read before buying the theme, I will be able to select from a number of demos, click on one and it will automatically install.
Now when I am in my ADMIN dashboard. I go to Codeless > Home > Setup Now, it gives a 404 error. I want to be able to do this myself.
Is this really too hard to explain? I really appreciate that you are trying to help me but none of you is concentrating on my problem or reading my message properly to solve the issue.
Please allow me to give you a detailed account of what I am trying to do as the theme is not at all working as its supposed to work.
1. Whatever it is that you have done, now the entire demo import functionality is gone and returns a 404 error when I go to Codeless > Setup Now.
2. Also, I am unable to install the plugin Metabox.
3. This footer issue I have no idea about because I haven’t even started working on the site yet!
You are free to go ahead and remove this installation of not only the theme but the entire WordPress for all I care because I did not start any work on it yet.
If you are able to resolve it in the next few hours, great. If not, I would like a full refund pleae.
I have been waiting on this now for more than 3 days!!! Will this be resolved at all? My hosting is ending in a month and I need to show the client his website by tomorrow. PLEASE PLEASE help!!!
