Hi, please I need urgent help, I cannot wait one day per response. If is not possible to give any help I would like a refund and I just choose another template and problem solved, I just need a definitive answer or solution but not wait 24 hours for every answer.
I understand it might be a problem with my server configuration or something like that, but also it might be something else, I double checked on the forum all resolution for the same problems are marked as private so there is not much where I can find an answer.
According the documentation the minimum requierements are the following:
PHP 5.3.0 or greater
MySQL 5.0 or greater
Wordpress 3.8.1+
and yes my server meet those requirements.
Tried to see st in the console but no errors showed, I already sent you admin login credentials in the very begining of this thread. Thanks for your help
@eaburke Its seems like a common problem, cuz I checked on the forum and saw several threads about this but the solutions are private so thats why I have no clue on how to solve this :/
Sorry for the rush, but I’d really appreciate if you could help me with the demo import because our team is waiting to start working on this theme on the weekend, we will use the fitness demo which looks amazing btw :)
Hi, thanks for your reply Akram, unfortunately no error message, just nothing happened after I press import. I followed the instructions on the documentation but didn’t really help in my case.
