in reply to: Menu can not be seen and can not be edited
Hello,
Can you set up a time and check it up live via TeamViewer? How about July 20, 15:00 (New York timezone)?
I can send you the user/passcode in private. Thanks,

in reply to: Menu can not be seen and can not be editedHello,
The menu in your screenshot is not the one i edited. Which means my changes are not showing.
screenshot: https://imgur.com/gJqmLTMI use my laptop to work on this, i can’t find some other device just like that. Should i change laptops for every website??
And most importantly: i am sure you can do the changes on your side, as you did till now.. but what am i supposed to do with everything else i need to change? Or after the support time is over? I can’t rely on you to build my website or for every minor change i will need to do in the future.
Does this theme only work with Codeless Builder? I’d rather use only WP Bakery as a builder.
Thanks,
in reply to: Menu can not be seen and can not be editedHello,
It is solved by you but my real issue persists! I can not SEE the elements in the Codeless Page Builder (this is what I used). That is why I couldn’t remove the second menu, as I could not see either one of them from the options panel!
And now AGAIN, when i open backend from “Edit with Codeless Builder” option in the top bar, i still don’t see the menu!
I also changed the main menu in the Appearances -> Menu option and i don’t see any changes. I refreshed 100 times already..Farid

See screenshot: https://imgur.com/0d48BS0
Basically only the char “g” happens to be invisible.
Thanks,

Sorry, I can not do that at the moment. But the host replied and Master values have been also changed.
Please try now.
Thanks,
in reply to: Theme initial setup – strange number above sliderHi,
This is getting weird.. So this is the reply from the host:
“your WordPress runs by local value not by master value.
your local values are ok.”What am i supposed to do now? I tried to import the dummy data twice again but now only the pages you left are present. At least in the first import, there were much more pages imported.. What am i supposed to do?
Bests,

in reply to: Theme initial setup – strange number above sliderHi,
Sorry, but what do you mean?
I am allocated some max_input_time and max_execution_time for the host. Where are these master values supposed to be?Thank you,

in reply to: Theme initial setup – strange number above sliderHello,
Yes, please import dummy data correctly. Also please do not forget to remove the number added at the top-left of the slider.
Thank you!
