      Hey guys,

      Nice theme you got here but quite difficult to get around. I just bought it and intalled it but not only did it stop at around 70% import, but the images are not uploaded correctly.
      I see the homepage but i can’t quite understand how to add more slides in home page and
      there is a strange number at the top of the slider.
      Can you take a look into it?

      This is the site: https://ejhandbags.com/home-2/

      PS: Also the animation of the slider titles is not imported either.

      Hello,

      Yes, please import dummy data correctly. Also please do not forget to remove the number added at the top-left of the slider.

      Thank you!

      Hi,
      Please contact your web hosting provider and tell them to set following variables with their respective values.

      memory_limit = 256M
      upload_max_size = 64M
      post_max_size = 64M
      upload_max_filesize = 64M
      max_execution_time = 300
      max_input_time = 1000

      Thanks,

      Hi,
      Please double-check these values as both local values and Master values should match or have greater value with provided variables.
      Still some variables doesn’t met the requirement:
      max_input_time => Master Value
      max_execution_time => Master Value
      upload_max_filesize => Master value

      Thanks,

      Hi,

      Sorry, but what do you mean?
      I am allocated some max_input_time and max_execution_time for the host. Where are these master values supposed to be?

      Thank you,

      Hi,

      This is getting weird.. So this is the reply from the host:

      “your WordPress runs by local value not by master value.
      your local values are ok.”

      What am i supposed to do now? I tried to import the dummy data twice again but now only the pages you left are present. At least in the first import, there were much more pages imported.. What am i supposed to do?

      Bests,

      Hello,

      Sorry, I can not do that at the moment. But the host replied and Master values have been also changed.

      Please try now.

      Thanks,

      PS: Also there are some chars in the “Login/Signup” and in the menu tab: “Simple page” that are not visible. See screenshot: https://imgur.com/0d48BS0

      Basically only the char “g” happens to be invisible.

      Thanks,
