I never told you not to make an edit to my website. I am fine if you fix all the problems.
I was responding to your comment that: “Well, we don’t make changes to user website that’s why we only provide information.” that you said 4 days and six hours ago.
Either you DO make changes, in which case go ahead and do whatever you need to fix your broken theme. Or you don’t, in which case why are you changing my site.
But don’t come back and tell me you don’t make changes when you blatantly do.
My website is not live/public yet so I really don’t care what changes you make as long as you revert it within a reasonable time. I just want a solution without having to send ANOTHER message explaining that you aren’t being clear.
So please fix the theme that I have paid for (and now followed up multiple times for over a week) please and, once you are done, please revert the changes.
You are free to do whatever you like to the site, which is why I gave you admin rights in the first place.
This non-specificity seems to be an issue all around at codeless. What does he/she mean by the ‘third post’? What change exactly has he/she made in the script?
This is SO INCREDIBLY frustrating. You guys just seem totally unable to empathise with the customer. I am NOT a developer and at no point in my purchase of this theme was it required that I would need to investigate and change scripts to make your theme work.
I also note that your name is still all over my posts.
I would appreciate SCREENSHOTS and CLEAR DETAILED ANSWERS to my questions.
Okay and what about my first issue (now mentioned twice) of your name appearing all over my podcasts (even though you claim that you don’t update customer pages!)?
Which issue is your team investigating?? Can you please be SPECIFIC? I have raised TWO issues. Which one are you referring to?
I went through your post. It does not explain how you are meant to have an embedded podcast from Buzzsprout along with the embedded audio file and how they are related.
So NEITHER of the issues I have raised and explained is clear.
More importantly, why is this issue not yet fixed? Please fix it.
2. In your theme, you give a sample page for embedding Buzzsprout podcasts. There is NOTHING on that page that mentions anything about uploading an audio file or where this needs to be done.
It is not clear HOW you upload an audio file to a page AND have the embedded page from the podcast player?
Is this a ‘supported media type’? I have followed your EXACT instructions on the buzzsprout sample page.
