I just compressed a video (2 consecutive times) but it doesn’t show anyway. tell me the amount of KB needed for a video to be viewed on mobile? If it’s too low, let’s see if it loads it. But if it’s very low, I don’t think I can use such poor quality. Let me know for the KB VIDEOs

I’m ok. but they are very low resolution videos. I can’t use such crappy videos. No offense. I will try to reduce the size of my video. Do you have a maximum of KB to use as an indication?
I just uploaded the test video provided by you. DOES NOT CHARGE from mobile. Check it out too. What is the nature of the problem? Try uploading your test video so I can verify it.
if it were a connection problem, the site would not load that fast (1% -100%) if the theme doesn’t work well, i don’t care, i want a refund. Or help me solve the problem by entering the theme on my website. you tell me
As you can see from the screenshot, the Responsive Website does not paginate the text so that it is visible, and also the Video in the background is not displayed (as per Desktop) but there is only a black background.
The logo is also cut in Responsive mode (Smartphone)
