I’m having a similar issue.
I’ve uploaded the Specular theme to my WordPress. But cannot import the dummy data for the theme options. Based on the web tutorials and resources, I should see a preview of the themes in the import menu – but it is blank. I’ve located the dummy data folder in my FTP and it is empty. I thought this was strange, so I again uploaded the specular theme a few hours ago after a fresh download, but it is still empty. Any suggestions would be welcome.
