I have tested Elementor 3.7.0 on a staging installation.
I can confirm that for the most part, the theme works without issue.
However, I noted a problem with the Posts Carousel widget.

As already reported, the Posts Carousel widget navigation buttons do not respond when viewing on a mobile device – which was acknowledged as a bug on the fix list for the next theme release.
If Elementor 3.7.0 is installed, these same navigation buttons no longer respond on desktop view either.

Were these not bundeled with the theme? I just assumed that they were part of the package.
