I installed the ‘Installable WordPress file only’ at Appearance > Themes, and activated it. I also downloaded ‘All files & documentation’ at Envato, but only to keep them in my computer.

I have already tried uploading a logo with the recommended dimensions (350×100 px), but it also looks distorted. What I did was adding white space to the same logo. Maybe you mean designing a new logo with these proportions?

Apart from the ‘Thank you’ message :) I sent you a reply that maybe you didn’t see. I can see now that in the full computer view the logo still looks slightly horizontally distorted. Less but still distorted. The mobile and tablet versions look fine as before.
