Current server status is

memory_limit = 512M
post_max_size = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 50Mb
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 30

I was advised to upload the data via FTP, as some values will not be increased by the provider. Anyway, the 403 error seems like a permission error to me, that error pops up within 1 second, which doesn’t make sense to me that it’s due to input_time for example.
