I’ve tried various instructions, disabling modules, etc., but nothing helps. I had this problem already when I tried to run this template on a test domain before 2 moths ago. I solved it by downloading the xml from the link and importing it manually. If I do a manual import now and choose downloaded xml, the import is “Completed”, but a list of errors pops up (here is a part):

I was advised to upload the data via FTP, as some values will not be increased by the provider. Anyway, the 403 error seems like a permission error to me, that error pops up within 1 second, which doesn’t make sense to me that it’s due to input_time for example.
