Thank you for your patience, I was out of the office and didn’t get a chance to respond sooner. It looks like all the sliders are now functional. The SVG arrows for the services galleries are working and the Team slider is operational.
However, is there an easy fix or at least a place where we could troubleshoot the Team slider issue? As I mentioned before, this is the 4th or 5th time we’ve needed you to jump in and fix this. I’m not sure why it keeps breaking, but is there something we can do on our end to prevent it breaking in the future or fix it ourselves without needing to bother you again?
I just spent an hour talking with GoDaddy to confirm that the only caching is the the server cache, which has been flushed multiple times. Neither fix requested seems to be live on the site.
If you believe the fix has been implemented. Could you try in a fresh browser, not logged in? Because when logged in the Services galleries appear to work fine. But when not logged in, the left/right buttons are not visible.
Doesn’t look like anything has changed other than there’s now an autoplay function on the Team slider. I dumped the cache and tried it in an incognito window and I’m still not seeing any changes.
Team Slider arrow buttons still just jump to the top the of the page.
Galleries at the top of each Services page still don’t have arrows visible/usable.
Looks like we’re good to go! Any reason why the theme and plugin updates weren’t pushed live to users? I even downloaded a fresh copy from Envato and it was the same build version. If it was just an theme update and plugin update, users probably could have probably handled this on our own instead of creating more work for you guys.
So yes, that’s essentially what I want, but instead of manually inputting it, I was hoping you had some way to programmatically/automatically doing it. In the original Portfolio header, the page-data > banner-category pulled in the category directly from the post meta, and I was hoping I could integrate it that way. Originally I thought it would be in the elementor assets, but it doesn’t look like that’s the case. So, I was hoping perhaps you had a shortcode that could do it. Or, at least have some way of pulling that in dynamically instead of manually inputting it each time.
