Could you log in again with the same information I sent you earlier and upload or adjust what you need, please?
They shouldn’t have to give you any access, for that they should release an update to the theme and fix the problem, what a waste of time to have to come here to solve something that should be public because we bought the theme.
It’s disrespectful.
