Can it be set to have the light logo and nav button when reduced to mobile dimensions as well?

    Thanks!

Another problem is when this page goes to mobile it the logo and nav button display as though it’s on a white background.

I need it to have some space between the top of the first case study and the header. I tried entering in padding in the css you gave me, it didn’t work. Please help. Thanks.

    Here’s how it looks:

in reply to: Blog not working as intended

    Hi,

that’s not what the problem is at all. I said, clearly, that the navigation and logo are not visible, because a white bar appears behind the navigation and logo. I realize that I can set the logo to the dark version, but the navigation is still invisible. On top of that, no matter what I do, I can’t customize the header of each page. The only thing that works is setting up the default header, which is not ideal, because I have two different blog sections that need two different headers. The way that I’ve gotten this to work so far, which is not really logical, more like a bug, is by turning on the slider, assigning a slider, and the setting it to full width. The slider doesn’t appear, but atleast the header image shows up behind the navigation and logo.

So, just so you understand, here’s what I need:

    – the ability to see my navigation on the blog page. It’s white on every other page, because it’s overlaying an image. On the blog pages, I can’t get there to be a background behind the nav, because I was told that the sliders don’t work on blog pages, which is a serious flaw and should be fixed. Regardless, how do I get my navigation to be visible on blog pages? This is what it looks like: https://megagroupinvestigations.com/wp/2015/07/. I can’t give this to my client, because there’s no visible navigation.

    – the ability to change the header images on each blog page. Right now, that’s not working.

    – right now, on the blog pages that you can see the navigation, it’s because of a bug involving the slider being turned on. I’m assuming this will go away on the next update, or somehow otherwise stop working, because it’s clearly a bug, so I need some solution that is more reliable.

Does that all make sense? I’ve been waiting days for help. Please give me some kind of solution. If you want to set up a page that works as intended, please do.

    Thanks for your help,

    – Daniel

I’ve discovered that if I turn on the slider, and assign a slider to the page, I’ll get the header image, not the slider I picked, but the default header image, to appear behind the nav. This doesn’t make any sense. I just want to have my nav visible on very page. I’m not asking a lot.

    Thanks,

in reply to: Can't get blog page to have full-width slider

I’d really like a response to this quicker that 24 hours. My client is waiting. I need to show the navigation and logo on each post page. One solution that wont work, is to have a universal background header image on all post pages. That doesn’t work because I have two different kinds of posts, each needing there own header. I’d also like to turn off the page title and cookie crumbs from the header. I need some kind of a solution or my site doesn’t work.

    Here’s the page:

Clearly not ok. When I try to add a header image, I’m getting nothing. Whether or not the default header is turned on. Can you help please?

    Thanks,

    – Daniel

That’s a serious problem, because my nav, and logo can’t be seen on those pages, not to mention every other page in the site has a full-width header image.

    Here is the page now:

    https://megagroupinvestigations.com/wp/working-hand-in-hand/

I atleast need to be able to see the nav and logo. Is there some way I can have a static image, full-width, at the top of the page?

    Thanks,

This code didn’t seem to have any affect. I still can’t change the color of the buttons.

Thanks, this is getting closer, but still not there. The right arrow isn’t appearing for the first entry (Due Diligence), the line under Due Diligence is too close, and the line under Cyber Due Diligence starts all the way to the left, instead of where the rest of the lines in the sub-categories start, which is the same place where the copy for the sub-categories start. Does that all make sense?

    Thanks!

in reply to: Slider shadow and adding search bar to navigation…

So I deleted both pieces of CSS that you gave me, that stopped the floating shadow from appearing on any of the pages, but it also removed the shadow completely from the homepage.

I just want the shadow to show up, on the homepage slider, and every interior page.

    Thanks,

    – Daniel

I’m also getting the floating shadow showing up permanently now, despite the fact that I deleted the code you gave me, and cleared my cache.
