You have to edit the Appearances > Menu add the menu items. There you can check on the option Mega Menu. After that, you have to add the columns and as a child of mega menu item.

The style you mentioned can be added with Shop Tabbed element that can be added with Codeless Builder. Change Shop Tabbed element Product Style -> Large Info.

You can translate the whole theme with pot file translation.

I have translated it for you directly at the file that is responsible for that:

template-parts/portfolio/parts/filters.php

To make it work after other updates you have to translate the theme or edit the file after each update.
