Where can I change the word “ALL” (to show all portfolio items)?

You can translate the whole theme with pot file translation.
I have translated it for you directly at the file that is responsible for that:
template-parts/portfolio/parts/filters.php
To make it work after other updates you have to translate the theme or edit the file after each update.

Is there a way to set the posicion? I realised that it is organized by A-Z. But I’d like to choose using numbers like bellow:
1) TODOS 2) ENTRADAS 3) CARNES 4) PEIXES
Is it possible?
