ok, next step would be to update theme to 4.2.5
Any restrictions/advises to do this?

ok, site is reachable again, but

– what have you done exactly?
– Incredibly slow
– admin dashboard is stating: “This theme requires the following plugin: Codeless Framework” – is it not longer needed?

I tried to update and updated all successfully (all except that ones which are part of theme).
After that fatal error occurred.

see also following info, while error occurred:

WordPress-Version 5.9.4
Aktives Theme: Specular Child (Version 1.0.0)
Aktuelles Plugin: Codeless Framework (Version 1.0.4)

Hi,
since more than 2 months I’m waiting for a complete solution regarding using the full functionality of WP bakery which I’ve purchased.
Some actions were taken but overall it’s not usable this way.

Any news in that?

Hi,

open a new ticket is easy:
Go to https://support.codeless.co/?post_type=forum –> login with your account –> choose a theme on the left hand –> go down –> fill in the form “Create New Topic”

You must have logged in to see the form.

Sometimes you’ve to remember them to answer, but most you’re receiving a quick (first) answer.
