Hi,
On my home page there is a light grey background that appears under the slider. I can’t find a option to set this to white. Could you please tell me where to find it.
Thanks,
Phil

Hello,
Please add this code into your custom css box:
.rev_slider_wrapper .fullwidthbanner-container { background-color: rgba(241, 237, 237, 0.92) !important; }
Let us know.
Best regards!

Hi,
The code you supplied didn’t work. I think this might be because you are giving me code that relates to the slider, and not the grey background which appears underneath the slider.
Thanks,
Phil

Hello,
No, this is for the background under the slider. Perhaps you have made some mistake pasting it. Please fill in the necessary information on your extra information fields of your profile data. So we can give it a closer look.
Read this article for more information.
Best regards!

Hi,
I’ve updated my profile. Not sure what my ftp URL is but I filled out the rest of the information.
Please log into wordpress. I’ve pasted the CSS that you gave me and this didn’t make any difference.
Thanks,
Phil

Hello,
I don’t understand, i see the slider is fixed and there is no gray background under it. And i see from inspect elements that the custom css has been set.
See screenshot. Where are you getting the gray background? Can you send a screenshot?
Make sure to have cleaned cache and refreshed page.Best regards!

Hi,
When the web site is at mobile width a grey background appears under the slider. I want this to be white. Reduce the width of the web site and you will see this background.
Thanks,
Phil

Hello,
This is strange as neither by reducing the page, the gray background showed up. However, i added this code into your custom css box:
@media (max-width: 979px){ .slider#slider-fullwidth { background: rgb(253, 253, 253) !important; border-bottom: none !important; min-height: 170px !important; } }
This is supposed to remove the space below the slider but also turning it to white color.
Please check the site now. Let us know.Best regards!

Hi,
This hasn’t worked. Log into my wordpress and go to the site visual. I’m looking at it on Firefox if that makes any difference.
When you scale the width of the site down you will see a grey backing BEHIND the slider. Slowly scale the site from browser to mobile width on a desktop computer and you will see this background.
How many attempts is this going to take? I need to get this site finished.

Hello,
I have opened your site with all browsers i have available. Desktop and mobile (samsung s6 & iphone 6) device as well. There is not showing any gray background at all. See screenshot of the firefox browser scaled down: https://pho.to/AYsJb
Can you send any screenshot of what you are seeing? I can’t do nothing else different then i have already done (changed the color and the slider height), especially when i don’t see the issue happening anywhere.Best regards!

Hi,
I said slowly scale down on desktop! Slowly move the window of the preview from desktop size to mobile width. You will see a grey backing under the slider.
I’m trying to add a screen shot of this but everytime I send the message it comes up with the error ‘your reply can’t be empty’. I’m dragging the image in from my desktop. How can I send you a screenshot? Is it possible that you can email me directly on [email protected] and I will send you a screen shot.
Thanks,
Phil
