I’m seriously encountering a lot of problems with your themes that I purchased. I have followed all the instructions indicated in your video tutorials and documentation and yet I encounter problems after problems! I’m really not happy with this purchase!
First, I’ve installed the Landscape Roll demo and have built my website around it. Everything was going well until today! I go on my website and noticed that EVERYTHING WAS GONE and I’m now back to SQUARE ONE!
Second, I go and try to register for the Revolution Slide with the purchase code that was provided to me AND IT DOESN’T WORK! WordPress tells me it’s the wrong code! Why is that?
Why am I having so much troubles dealing with this theme? I’ve used WordPress before, and worked with many different themes (free and premium) in the past and NEVER have I have this much problem! Can someone please help me. Seriously, with this kind of support is really not helpful. I’d appreciate it if someone from the Codeless Team can contact me directly via email!
Thanks and I’d really appreciate it if someone can contact me ASAP because I’m on a TIGHT DEADLINE here and I don’t want to redo the job that I’ve already done!

Hello,
We are sorry for your distress but these are not theme’s fault. Regarding the site’s content, we already replied in this other topic of yours: https://support.codeless.co/?topic=folie-landscape-template
As for Revolution Slider, the purchase code you got when buying theme, is not to activate none of the included plugins. It is to identify you as a registered buyer and let you register in this support.
We have purchased extended licenses for all included plugins. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use them, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu (screenshot). This is enough to use the sliders normally. There is no need to activate it in the slider’s options.
The only restriction of this type of licence is that you can not update it on your own terms.
The rules of the marketplace don’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in almost every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version. If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we think that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.Best regards!

Hi, I succesfully installed the Rev. Slider plugin but I cannot use it. WordPress gives me this error: <span style=”color: #ffffff; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: #e74c3c;”>Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias </span><span style=”color: #ffffff; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: #e74c3c;”>not found</span>
What’s the problem here?

The error message says: “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias not found”.

Hi,
There isn’t actually a problem here. What is happening is that, the page can not find the slider with that name that came with the dummy data, because it is not created yet.
*Dummy data process imports pre-created content, but does not install external plugins or create sliders from external plugins. After installing slider, go to Revolution Slider options > Import Slider and import one of the sliders available here.
Then, in your page’s Customize Page & Options, hover over the slider element and in the left sidebar options, select one of the created sliders to show in it.

Hi, thank you very much for your assistance, but I do not see the option “Home”. I’ve noticed however that after installing “Rev Slider” plugin found in the download folder, the plugin name installed on WordPress is called “Slider Revolution” instead. I wonder if this is the problem of the alias not being the same. I’m also looking into this problem on my end with our IT people.

Hello,
The zip file name of the plugin does not have to be the same of the name displaying it’s options when it’s installed.
The “home” option you see, is the name of one slider i have created. And then selected in the drop-down list to show in my page. You will have in that list, all the sliders that you will create or import (screenshot).I see you have already imported some many sliders. As explained in the screenshots before, select one and add it to your page. A test page is this one: https://ifalpa70.org/revolution-slider/
Best regards!
