Hi, I had worked on my website over the past few days and today when I went on my site I’ve noticed everything has disappeared and I’m back to square one! My page is an empty page, but it used to be filled. What’s going on?!!!
Can you give us more details? Did you perhaps installed any new plugin lately? Or do you have any update (backup) scheduled from the server? If you have backups saved, you can restore the site from an older version.
The settings and content is all stored in the database. Even if something happens to your theme files (even if you updated them), nothing will happen to the content. As it is independent from files.
I suggest you check out your database’s activity. Contact your host regarding this.

I did not install any new plugins lately. I’ve been trying to install the Rev. Slider and Layer Slider plugins but failed multiple times, and apparently it could be due to my server. I called the hosting company and they helped me fixed the issue. I re-installed the Rev. Slider and Layer Slider plugins with success, but the next day all my worked disappeared.
Please know that none of the slider plugins are responsible for such happening either. This is database related situation. I strongly suggest you to keep backups of your site’s database in case this happens again. In the mean time, please consult your hosting provider first.

Thanks for your assistance. I just want to make sure it’s not related to the template. I wanted to cross that out. Now I now it could be our server’s problem.
